Freedom of Information Act

The Library maintains certain records that are accessible by request by the public.  Freedom of Information Act Requests should be directed as follows:

Please be a descriptive as possible when making your request.  Be sure to indicate whether you wish to obtain copies of the records or whether you would prefer to inspect them in-person.

Fees for the actual cost of reproducing the records are:

• Black & white letter or legal size copies:  the first 50 pages are free.   Additional pages are
  15 cents each.  
• Color copies are 25 cents each. 
• If records are provided in electronic format, then the actual cost of the media used for storage will be charged.
